By accessing or using any product within the IND Ecosystem (including ind.network, ind.center, and associated software), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you represent an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. IND Identity Account
Your ind.network identity is your passport to the ecosystem. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use IND services to:
- Violate any laws of the Republic of India.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of the IND protocol.
- Engage in mass surveillance or bulk data scraping.
4. Enterprise Usage
For organizations using ind.hr or ind.center for enterprise management: You retain full ownership of your organizational data. Algo2World acts solely as a Data Processor.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise the integrity of the sovereign network.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algo2World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our free or paid services.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, e.g., Bangalore], India.
