At Algo2World (IND Ecosystem), we treat data sovereignty as a fundamental right. We do not sell your data. We do not track you across the web. We build infrastructure, not surveillance.

1. The Data We Collect

We believe in data minimization. We only collect what is strictly necessary to provide our services:

  • Identity Data: Name, verified mobile number, and email address used for ind.network SSO.
  • Operational Data: Logs required for security (IP address, device ID) which are retained for 30 days and then purged.
  • User Content: Data you explicitly store (notes in Sutra, expenses in Sulekha) is encrypted at rest.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

  • Authenticate your identity across the IND ecosystem.
  • Sync your preferences between devices.
  • Prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
  • Comply with Indian legal requirements.

3. Data Sovereignty & Storage

All personal data is stored exclusively on servers located within the Republic of India. We do not transfer sensitive personal data across borders without explicit consent, adhering to the data localization principles of the IND stack.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share data with advertisers. We only share data with:

  • Verified IND Partners: Only when you explicitly use "Sign in with IND" on a partner service.
  • Law Enforcement: Only upon receipt of a valid court order from an Indian judicial authority.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time via the ind.center dashboard.
